(SPA) Single Point Alternative This SPA Natural Diamond Dressing Tool is an
engineered dresser. It is a totally consumable
tool which consistently performs the job of
large natural diamond single points. The
action of the dress puts a .001 deep spiral
dress on the wheel. This makes the grinding
wheel hungry and aggressive.
The .035 thick layer of natural diamond will not glaze the wheel. The highly selected and sorted natural diamonds are staggered so dressing is constant. No resetting is ever necessary. Available in a standard 7/16” shank with four flats. Blade is set at 15 or straight. Tool No. 12-12-50-0 Straight
