How to make a damaged custom wood ceiling flush again. |

240 hardened electric driven screws needed to be counter sunk so that wooden pegs could be inserted to make a wood ceiling flush again.
The DIT Solution:
We made some end cutting solid carbide cutting tools which have a hollow center. This hollow center was a guide until our cutter was below the surface. Then the stem was broken off. A wood plug was inserted into the hole and the surface refinished. This cutter isn't in a catalog! Call us with your application.
